Expectations of Digital Payments

It should be easy for people to pay you. If it isn’t, you need to change something.

It’s 2022. Why are we sending PDF invoices for people to print, fill out, and send back? Everything should be 100% digital or have digital editing capabilities - AKA not in a PDF where it may be fillable, but you can’t electronically sign it.

It makes you and your business look antiquated, while even if you are young and tech-savvy, the impression you make is not consistent with that.
